Reena is Chief Growth Officer at Orwins, leading all our ambitions. Working closely with the Leadership Team, she plays a pivotal role in driving the firm's expansion and strengthening its position in the UK legal market.

Reena joined Orwins after serving as Managing Partner at Carter Bond Solicitors, a firm she founded in 2014. With a vision to deliver exceptional legal advice and service, Reena grew Carter Bond from inception into a leading practice of 40+ specialists in Healthcare, Property, and M&A before bringing the firm into Orwins.

As both a Corporate Commercial Solicitor and entrepreneur, Reena brings a rare combination of legal expertise and business acumen. Her frank, commercially focused approach has supported clients through acquisition strategies, investment funds and management transitions across diverse sectors. Having navigated the challenges of building and scaling a business herself, Reena offers practical, results-driven guidance that goes beyond traditional legal counsel.

Throughout her career, Reena has led complex negotiations and transactions, demonstrating both technical skill and commercial insight. Her leadership and innovation have earned multiple accolades, including Businesswoman of the Year 2025 at the Natural Signature Awards, Finalist for Team of the Year at the Dental Industry Awards 2025, M&A Today Global Award 2024 for Excellence in Law Practice, UK Enterprise Awards 2024 for Most Innovative Commercial Law Firm (London), and Young Entrepreneur of the Year at the London Asian Business Awards 2017.
